The reputation came before any advertising.
The practice's journey begins in 1998, in the daily practice of the courts. The doors open in 2003, in downtown São Bernardo do Campo, and since then the practice has served the ABC region.
Over the years, the practice established itself in criminal law and expanded to civil, social security and employment law. Growth came through referrals from clients served and through the reputation of work carried out with care.
The work rests on a simple idea: to know each person by name, understand the case in full and conduct the matter with seriousness, under the discretion that the practice of law requires.

The beginning in law
The journey begins in the late 1990s, in the daily practice of the courts: hearings, deadlines and direct contact with those who need a defense. That is where the practice's way of working takes shape.

The office opens its doors
The office is established in downtown São Bernardo do Campo, where it remains today. The practice consolidates its work in criminal law and expands to civil, social security and employment law.

The experience of those who have practiced law for decades joins the arrival of a new generation of the family, which brings up-to-date technical training to the close, personal way of working that has always marked the practice.

Dra. Denise Evelin Gonçalves
Criminal Law
An attorney since 1998, she founded the practice in 2003 in downtown São Bernardo do Campo, where she still works today. She practices Criminal Law, from trial proceedings to sentence enforcement and jury trials, and personally follows each case from the first meeting to the final decision.

Civil and Employment Law
He joined the practice in 2023 as a legal intern registered with the São Paulo Bar, in the final stage of his law degree. He works in Civil and Employment Law under the supervision of Denise Evelin Gonçalves, on contracts, damages claims and severance pay.

A legal intern registered with the São Paulo Bar, he joined the practice in 2023, in the final stage of his law degree. He works under the supervision of Denise Evelin Gonçalves in Civil and Employment Law: contracts, civil liability and damages, consumer matters and severance pay.
He represents the family's second generation at the practice and is responsible for its day-to-day organization, from the client's first contact to the follow-up of deadlines and documents.

Employment and Criminal Law
An attorney since 2015. He practices Employment Law on the employee's side, in severance pay, recognition of employment relationships and wage supplements. Since 2025 he also works in Criminal Law, with a focus on sentence enforcement and traffic offenses.

An attorney since 2015. Most of his career was built in Employment Law, on the employee's side, in severance pay, recognition of employment relationships and wage supplements.
Since 2025 he also practices Criminal Law on two fronts. In sentence enforcement, he follows people serving a sentence and the rights provided for that stage. In traffic offenses, he frequently represents professional drivers, among them ride-hailing drivers facing criminal proceedings.
